Do right by people, every time. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Welcome guests with genuine curiosity -- understanding what brought them to Porsche and what matters most to them before presenting any vehicle • Develop deep Porsche product knowledge through paid training -- learning the full lineup, performance credentials, technology features, and model histories well enough to have real conversations with buyers who know the brand • Present vehicles and conduct test drives that connect Porsche's performance, design, and engineering to what each buyer actually values • Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- Porsche buyers refer their network to the consultants who take care of them • Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience • Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI • Represent Porsche Seattle North and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** • No automotive experience required -- paid Porsche brand and product training provided from day one • Luxury hospitality, financial services, technology, or consultative sales experience strongly preferred -- backgrounds where genuine expertise and relationship-building are the standard transfer directly to Porsche's buyer profile • Genuine enthusiasm for the Porsche brand -- the 911, Cayenne, Taycan, and the rest of the lineup have real stories and the consultant who finds them compelling has better conversations with buyers who feel the same way • Polished, composed presence -- Porsche buyers are deliberate and perceptive.
