This includes, but is not limited to: *Maintaining the lead management and tracking system, including preparation of monthly and weekly reports. *Assisting in planning and execution of marketing events to accomplish desired results. *Keeping files of competitor advertisements. *Managing the national Do Not Call (DNC) list. *Provides administration/clerical support to facilitate timely sale. Qualifications Qualified applicants will preferably possess 3 years of prior administrative support experience and experience in sales administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, REPS is preferred. Must have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
