This role is ideal for someone who knows the job inside and out, can train new drivers, and is willing to jump into any route or assignment when needed. They will also have **3+ years of CDL Box Truck driving experience and a Class B License.**   This is not a desk job. **We need someone who can step into a truck at a moment's notice, cover open routes, assist during staffing shortages, train and mentor new drivers, and handle overnight or extended routes as business demands**. The right candidate is dependable, adaptable, and takes pride in being the person the team can count on when challenges arise.   This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some OT and good benefits. Our vehicle fleet is modern and well-maintained.
