**What You'll Do**

Work with a professional crew installing, repairing, and maintaining **commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems.** You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.

**What We're Looking For**

- Hardworking, dependable, and **safety-minded**
- Commercial roofing or related construction experience
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- **Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time**
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices
- Valid driver's license for company-driving positions
- Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Eligible to work in the United States

**Physical Requirements**

This is hands-on, physical work. You must be able to:

- Regularly lift and move **50–100 lbs.**
- Climb ladders up to **40 feet**
- Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
- Work outdoors in **hot, cold, and changing weather conditions**
- Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment
