Then we hope to welcome you to our amazing family. **SUMMARY** Pelican Grand Beach Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a **dynamic Cook** to be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices, prepping ingredients, maintaining a clean workstation, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to efficiently produce high-quality meals for customers; following all health and safety guidelines while adhering to menu specifications **The Restaurant Cook will:** - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow Executive or Sous Chef’s instructions - Clean up station and take care of leftover food - Stock inventory appropriately - Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion - Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers **About The Pelican Grand Beach Resort:** We are a very diverse team with a ton of personality!
