We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated **Rehabilitation Specialists** to join our team and support individuals in developing the skills and confidence needed to live meaningful, productive lives.

## Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Specialist provides direct support to members receiving behavioral health services. This position focuses on promoting independence, teaching daily living skills, supporting personal goals, and encouraging recovery through respectful, person-centered interactions.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

## Work Environment & Additional Expectations

- Provide consistent support and supervision in accordance with program requirements.
- Remain alert and attentive during overnight monitoring responsibilities.
- Follow established safety, emergency, and curfew procedures.
- Complete documentation and communicate essential information to the work team.
- Maintain professional conduct and appropriate boundaries.
- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a positive approach to teamwork.
