### Your New Role

- Work as a Residential HVAC Service Technician based in Richardson, Texas, serving homeowners throughout the DFW area

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems independently

- Handle residential HVAC service calls with accuracy and professionalism

- Help homeowners understand system issues by clearly communicating your findings and repair recommendations

- Complete HVAC repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

- Keep your company vehicle, tools and work area clean and organized

- Participate in the rotating Saturday on call schedule

- Minimum of 1 year of direct residential HVAC Service Technician experience. 2 to 3 years preferred

- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

- Experience managing residential HVAC service calls from initial diagnosis through completed repair

- EPA Certification required

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to understand and follow instructions, manufacturer documentation and technical materials

- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to continue developing HVAC technical skills

- Dependable and self directed when learning and completing assigned work

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Willingness to participate in the rotating Saturday on call schedule

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely perform work at heights

- Interest in developing a long term career in the HVAC trade
