## Description

**Job Title:** Resident Services Coordinator

**Location:** Pittsburgh, PA

**Job Type:** Part-Time (20–24 hrs/wk)

For over 40 years, Arbors Management has provided quality housing management across Western PA, WV, and Eastern OH. We are hiring a **Resident Services Coordinator** at our hi-rise community in Perrysville to help our senior residents connect with essential community resources so they can safely and comfortably "age in place."

### **Key Responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator:**

- **Resident Advocacy:** Guide residents on Medicare, Medicaid, and local social services.
- **Community Outreach:** Partner with healthcare providers to coordinate care and discharge transitions.
- **Events & Engagement:** Plan educational workshops, classes, and community events.
- **Communication:** Draft monthly newsletters, flyers, and resident welcome packets.
- **Documentation:** Keep clear, confidential resident records and interaction logs.

### **Qualifications of the Resident Services Coordinator:**

- Degree in Social Work (or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a "people-first" mindset.
- Ability to build trust with seniors while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Proficient with basic computer software and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
