Become part of a team committed to doing the most good for those who need it most! **Position Details:** We are seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to support our High-Risk Youth Program, serving youth ages 10–17. This position is responsible for providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth while overseeing daily residential activities and operations. Responsibilities include supervising residents, leading structured activities, providing crisis intervention and supportive counseling, assisting with daily household tasks, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility.
