## Description

Care Staff / Medical Technician - All Shifts

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff, preferably certified med techs, to join our vibrant community. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and we invite motivated individuals to apply and become part of our team. Whether you are interested in overnight shifts or other hours, we welcome your application as we prioritize overnight staffing but remain open to all shift opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies (for med techs)

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Document care activities accurately and timely

- Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, ensuring residents’ dignity and well-being

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Medication Technician (preferred) or relevant caregiving experience

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight hours

- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols

- High school diploma or equivalent required
