The Registered Nurse will work with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care, positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes in the professional nursing practice environment. **Requirements** **Education and Work Experience:** - Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam BSN Preferred - Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange. - Must possess 1 year of current clinical experience **Certification Requirements:** - Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire **Specialty Certifications:** - McAuley Surgery Center - ACLS within 1 year of hire or 6 months of promotion **License Requirements:** - Registered Nurse License **Min** USD $38.58/Hr. **Max** USD $69.44/Hr. **Salary Information** Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
