### Nurse (RN/LPN) – Home Health Care

**Location: Coyote Canyon / Brimhall, NM**

**$1,750 SIGN-ON BONUS!** 🎉

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a **compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to provide high-quality, individualized care in the patient’s home.

The nurse will provide care in accordance with the **physician-established plan of care**, helping ensure the patient’s safety, comfort, and well-being in a familiar home environment.

### Position Details

- **Employment Type:** 1099 Independent Contractor

- **Location:** Patient’s residence in the Coyote Canyon/Brimhall area

- **Hours:** Approximately 4 hours per week

- **Pay:** **$45–$55 per hour**

- **Sign-On Bonus:** **$1,750**

- **Mileage:** **Mileage reimbursement provided for qualifying work-related travel**
