**Intermediate Care (IMC)**

### Unit HighlightsJoin our 48-bed IMC/Medical-Surgical unit where nurses are cross-trained to care for both **telemetry and IMC patients**, including those requiring chronic ventilator management and insulin drips. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced acute care RNs looking to build their skills and transition into higher-acuity nursing.Our Charge RNs are **out of the numbers**, allowing them to provide hands-on support, mentorship, and clinical guidance throughout each shift. You'll work alongside a collaborative team with experienced leadership while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.**Key Responsibilities**As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
