**What is available?**

Full-Time

Part-Time

PRN

**Incentives & Compensation:**

- **$10,000 Sign-On Bonus** for Full-Time

- **$5,000 Sign-On Bonus** for Part-Time

- **$3.00 Shift Differential** for PM & NOC shifts

- **Competitive pay** (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate)

- *RN Pay up to $47.58/hr*

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Administer medications and monitor vital signs

- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

- Lead and guide CNA staff

- Promote resident safety and comfort

- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

**Qualifications:**

- Active **RN License** in Wisconsin

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- A passion for caring for the aging population

- New graduates **strongly encouraged** to apply!
