# **Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Days**

📍 *Cascades at Orchard Park | Orem, UT*

- **Consistent Schedule:** Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), 3 days per week

- **Scheduling Flexibility:** Exact days are discussed during the interview-no weekend requirement

### 🩺 What You'll Do:

- Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

- Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians

- Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition

- Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary

- Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents

- Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided aligns with their care plans and personal wishes

- Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner

- Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support
