## Description

**Dr. Steve Schulte: Auburn Dental Care | Auburn, NE**

At Auburn Dental Care, we are a private practice that believes exceptional dentistry starts with building genuine relationships-both with our patients and our team. We're looking for a compassionate and motivated **Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)** to join us full-time. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment where quality care comes first, we'd love to meet you.

### **Schedule**

- **Tuesday – Friday**
- **8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
- Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with long weekends every week!

### **Compensation**

- **$42–$46 per hour**, based on experience
- **$1,200 Sign-On Bonus (No contract)**

### **What You'll Do**

- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform patient assessments, charting, and digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
- Work alongside the doctor to create personalized treatment plans
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

### **What We're Looking For**

- Active Nebraska Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both patients and teammates
- Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care
