Your responsibilities will include: - Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings - Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA - Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills - Collecting and documenting data to track client progress - Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team - Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities ## What We're Looking For - **Active RBT certification – Required** - High school diploma or GED – Required - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to travel to client homes throughout the **Aurora area** - Comfortable working actively and 1:1 with children and adolescents - Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care - Afternoon availability preferred ## Grow Your Career.
