## Description

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a **Regional Manager** to lead operations in our **Greater Boston** office. If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives, this is your role.

**What You'll Do:**

- Oversee daily operations of home care services

- Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches

- Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams

- Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction

- Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers

- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention

- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

- Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep

- Participate in on-call rotation as needed

**What You Bring:**

- 2+ years of home care experience

- 2+ years of leadership/management experience

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

- Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems)

**Education:**

- Associate/bachelor's degree in health or human services preferred
