## Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced **Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter** to join our team!

**This role is high-volume recruiting *specific* to skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles** (we are **not** considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).

- **Location:** Austin, TX
- **Salary Range:** $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
- **Incentive:** $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
- **Hours:** 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
- **Benefits:** Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

**Qualifications**

- **2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles**
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
- MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
- Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
