**What You’ll Do:**

- **Subcontractor Coordination:** Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
- **Scope Execution:** Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
- **Field Inspections & CX:** Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
- *Preferred:* Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
