We are recruiting for the following position: **Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization** **Front Desk Receptionist** The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care. **Key Responsibilities:**  ·         Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments ·         Register patients and accurately enter demographic information ·         Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records ·         Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources ·         Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps ·         Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas **Qualifications:**  ·         High School Diploma or GED required ·         Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred ·         Bilingual English/Spanish preferred ·         Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills ·         Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction. **Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive** **Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.** **Starting Wage:** $21.30 per hour **Work Schedule:** Tuesday – Saturday Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly **What We Offer:** Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
