**Pay:** Starting at $15.00 per hour

Milton Martin Toyota is hiring a Full-Time Quick Lube Technician to join our award-winning service team in Gainesville, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.

Whether you have previous automotive experience or simply enjoy working on vehicles, we provide training, support, and opportunities for advancement. As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and preventative services while working alongside experienced automotive professionals.

**What You'll Do**

- Perform routine scheduled vehicle maintenance services
- Complete oil changes, fluid inspections, and fluid replacements
- Replace oil, engine air, and cabin air filters
- Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (MPI)
- Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommendations
- Complete top, middle, and bottom-level maintenance services according to manufacturer standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service department
- Properly use and care for dealership tools and equipment
- Participate in Toyota and Milton Martin Toyota training programs
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership service standards

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience as a lube technician, automotive technician, oil change technician, mechanic apprentice, or similar role is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
