## Description

**Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | Every Other Weekend**

Join our team as a PSS/CNA and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person-centered care and support. We are seeking a dependable and caring team member who takes pride in helping others maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

### Position Highlights:

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Day shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- Every other weekend rotation
- Supportive team environment focused on resident-centered care

### Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Assist residents with comfort, safety, and personal needs
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Promote a respectful and welcoming environment

### Qualifications:

- Current CNA certification or PSS certification required
- Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
- Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
- Basic computer skills
