AWARDS Winner of Nationwide Best of the Best Small Business Award from Federal Aviation Position: **Property Management** Location: **Cedar Rapids, IA (Onsite)** Duration: **Long-term Contract** **Direct Client Need** **Hourly Pay: $23/hr** **This position will be onsite, and reports to the Site Customer Property Manager.** **Responsibilities:** - Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and Our client’s policies and procedures for managing customer property. - Perform cycle count inventory - Assist with warehouse property management - Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. - Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers. - Perform property closeout activities. - Partner with Contract Management organization to ensure property management related requirements are executed as needed. - Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices - Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures. - Has knowledge in customer property management, FAR, DFARS, and ability to read and apply regulatory requirements. - Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager - Communicates with parties within and outside of own department.
