## Description

We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** to join our Award-winning growing team. This is a full-time role with an opportunity to progress within the company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

- Manages each project to completion by company's standards.
- Client Management
- Lead Project team to formulate and implement strategy to complete the job.
- Ensures each job is maintained and completed in a safe manner, reinforcing a 'safety first' attitude with the team.
- When customer issues are escalated to his/her level, works to resolve all issues.
- Be an ambassador for the company's culture and purpose.
- Project Schedule preparation and meetings
- Ensures Project stays on budget and on schedule
- Works with superintendents to develop work goals and track production on projects
- Oversee submittal and procurement
- Material delivery logs
- Produce weekly project reports to client and internal team
- Purchase Orders
- Quality Control
- Ownership of document control of entire project

**Requirements**

- Experience managing single trade projects, multi trade projects a plus.
- Experience with General Contracted and Privately direct to client projects
- Experience with Government construction contracting is a plus.
- 3-5 years in Masonry Restoration is a plus.
- Historic preservation and restoration experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with clients, vendors and existing PBR team members.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, requisitions, changes, and sequences.
- Capable of negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel
- Proficient in Google Docs
- SAGE Software knowledge a plus
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder.
- Current Driver's License
- Solution driven and adaptable to intense situations.

- Full Time, Monday - Friday

**Location**

- Office in Erdenheim, jobs in Philadelphia, and surrounding areas

**Compensation**

- $60,000 - $120,000 per year (plus profit sharing), based on experience and capability
