Our Client Operations team establishes and manages the approach and standard for project delivery and governance, ensuring that clients maximize their return on investment. A CourtAvenue Program Manager takes ownership of all projects within a program to ensure completion on time, within budget and against set objectives. Confidence and creativity are key to addressing business needs, managing resources, and handling any issues that may arise.
