## Description

**Positions Available**

**--- Pressing & Finishing Operator - 2nd, 3rd Shift**

**~~Powder & Ingot Specialist - 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift and weekend day shift**

**~~Refractory Inspector - 2nd shift**

Starting Wage: **$21.25 - $25.00**, plus

 **10% shift differential for 2nd shift**

 **20% shift differential for 3rd shift.**

**Perfect Attendance Bonus = $250.00 per month**

**Quarterly Production Bonus =** 0% - 9% based on company performance.

Floating Holiday Full-Time, Year-Round position

**Responsibilities of the Production Team:** Set up, maintain and operate equipment. Inspect parts as required Verify starting material and supplies are dimensionally correct an operation Log all transactions into the computer Deburr material Prepare material for subsequent processing Complete all necessary paperwork

· Eligible to work in the U.S and meet ITAR Requirements.

· Must be able to pass a general skills exam.

· Proficient in computer work and the ability to be a self starter.

· Previous manufacturing/production factory experience ideal but not required

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds or greater

· Stand sit or walk for extended periods of time, up to the entire shift

· Be able to tolerate typical manufacturing environment, including noise, dust and/or heat

· Able to read and write in English is a must.
