We are currently seeking a **Process Engineer** to join our team. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. - Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes. - Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Implement process improvements to enhance production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers. - Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure that processes comply with safety and quality standards. - Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures in manufacturing environments. - Conduct process capability studies and implement process control strategies. - Collect, record, and interpret data on process performance. - Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems. - Prepare reports and presentations for management on process performance and improvement initiatives. - Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Monitor and control production costs and expenses. - Assist in budget preparation and financial planning related to process improvements. - Design and develop new centrifuge systems and components based on market needs and technological advancements. - Conduct research and feasibility studies to innovate and improve existing products. - Perform simulations, modeling, and analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to bring new products from concept to production. - Develop and execute test plans to validate design performance and compliance with industry standards. - Analyze test data and iterate designs to achieve optimal performance and reliability. - Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in centrifuge engineering. - Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the design and development process. - Design and develop new centrifuge systems and components based on market needs and technological advancements. - Conduct research and feasibility studies to innovate and improve existing products. - Perform simulations, modeling, and analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to bring new products from concept to production. - Develop and execute test plans to validate design performance and compliance with industry standards. - Analyze test data and iterate designs to achieve optimal performance and reliability. - Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in centrifuge engineering. - Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the design and development process. - Bachelor’s Degree Required;
