This role demands strong skills in program and project management, risk and stakeholder management, and technical design to drive meaningful and lasting results. **What you'll do:** - Lead and manage large-scale technical programs, defining goals, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies. - Drive end-to-end technology solutions by collaborating with engineering teams on system design, architecture, and operational excellence. - Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution to maintain program progress and quality outcomes. - Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and communication strategies to align stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Mentor team members on program management best practices and technical design considerations. - Analyze data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and promote continuous improvement across initiatives. **What you'll bring:** - Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end technology solutions with strong technical design knowledge in software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure. - Expertise in translating product requirements into scalable system architectures ensuring high availability and operational excellence. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to measure program success and mitigate risks. - Effective communication skills to align stakeholders and drive consensus in ambiguous situations. - Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and improving workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.
