Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - Design and architecture of state of the art memory products - Develop and execute technical strategies for **digital IPs** and **SoC designs** including **architecture, RTL design, and DFT**, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA, and physical desgin teams, to ensure successful SoC development - Utilize industry-standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics - Debug and resolve complex design issues, including **timing**, **power**, and **area optimization** - Drive technical innovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and new design methodologies Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering**, or a **related field** - At least **8 years relevant working experience** in defining and implementing complex digital circuits and functionalities - Proficiency in HDLs like **Verilog**/**System Verilog** - Experience in using the **digital design flow** including **RTL/gate-level simulation, Linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF** (low power design) and **DfT**  - Knowledge of **non-volatile memories** is a plus - Experience with typical command sets and functions for various memory interfaces including I2C, SPI, QSPI, and xSPI is a plus - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Infineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
