## Description

### Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in **San Jose, CA!**

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.

**Payrate: 85,000 - 95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000 - $105,000 for licensed.  
Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm**

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

- Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
- Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
- Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
- Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

### **Requirements:**

- **LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC**
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Exceptional clinical judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
