## Description

Join our dedicated team as a Teacher Assistant in our Head Start program, where you will play a vital role in supporting early childhood development and fostering a positive learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans

- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs through engaging interactions

- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment

- Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play

- Collaborate with staff and families to support each child's individual needs and progress

- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- CDA or equivalent
