## Description

The Child Development Center (CDC) in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a caring, energetic, and professional Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position also provides *TEMPORARY* backup support to our Front Desk Administrative Assistant.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, works collaboratively with others, and is dedicated to providing quality education and care. The ideal candidate will have computer experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to answer a multi-line phone system. Previous preschool front desk or administrative assistance experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, excellent reliability, and must be 18 years of age or older.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Full benefits package available.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an extensive background investigation and drug screening.

The Child Development Center exists to provide premier, family-focused, developmentally appropriate services for children from newborn to age 21.
