## Description

****Job Summary:****  
We are seeking a results-driven On-Premise Sales professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients at various on-premise locations.

****Pay****

Target: $45,000 - $55,000 plus: includes base + commission with a monthly MBO target. Sales incentives will also be available.

****Qualifications:****  
\- Previous experience in sales, particularly in on-premise locations  
\- Strong communication and negotiation skills  
\- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets  
\- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients  
\- Knowledge of the on-premise sales industry and trends  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred  

****Responsibilities:****  
\- Identify and target new on-premise locations for sales opportunities  
\- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive sales and increase revenue  
\- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales strategies  
\- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth  
\- Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities  
\- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services
