This is a store where a certified Porsche technician's expertise is the foundation of the guest experience, and where your certification tier is the starting point of a conversation about your rate -- not a ceiling on your earning potential. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across the full model range -- 911, Cayenne, Macan, Taycan, Panamera, and beyond -- using PIWIS diagnostic tools and Porsche OEM procedures • Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support timely guest authorization • Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with precision and efficiency -- accuracy and throughput both matter on flat rate • Handle diagnostic complexity at the level your certification supports -- and grow into the next tier with manufacturer training supported by the store • Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders • Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout every shift **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** This posting is open to all three Porsche certification levels. Your rate reflects your tier: • Bronze Certified -- foundational Porsche platform knowledge, maintenance and basic repair scope, entry point into the Porsche technician career path • Silver Certified -- intermediate diagnostic and repair capability, broader systems scope, progression toward advanced platform expertise • Gold Certified -- advanced diagnostic depth, complex systems repair, full model range capability, and the technical leadership the shop's most demanding work requires Across all tiers, we're looking for: • Active Porsche factory certification at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level -- required • PIWIS diagnostic tool proficiency -- or demonstrated progression toward it based on certification level • A track record of accurate, efficient repair work with a low comeback rate • Self-directed and productive on flat rate -- you manage your bay, your time, and your throughput • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record **WHAT WE OFFER** • **$35 - $55+/hr flat rate, DOE -- your rate reflects your current certification tier and grows as you advance** • Paid Porsche factory training and certification advancement support -- the path from Bronze to Silver to Gold is supported here, not just expected • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance and supplemental coverage options • Paid time off and paid holidays • Career path into shop foreman and service management roles for technicians ready to lead • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts **WHY PORSCHE SEATTLE NORTH** • Your certification level sets your starting rate -- Bronze, Silver, and Gold are recognized and compensated differently from day one.
