**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $80,000–$105,000 annually  
**Sign-On Bonus:** $7,500

### Position Summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated **Physical Therapist** to join our outpatient team.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and help patients achieve their personal goals.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your career, you'll have opportunities to expand your clinical skills while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

### Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and home programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
- Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
- Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

### Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current **Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
- **New graduates are encouraged to apply**
