**Physical Therapist – Outpatient**

**FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Sequim, WA**

**Full-Time or Part-Time | M-F/ No Weekends**

**$40-$50 per hour + sign on bonus + relocation bonus**

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Sequim is growing and looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team.

### What You’ll Do

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

### What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- New grads encouraged to apply!
- Vestibular training or experience is a strong plus
- Orthopedic outpatient experience is a plus
- Pelvic health interest is a plus
- Self-motivated clinician committed to quality patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
