**Salary:** $90,000–$100,000 Bonus negotiable based on experience and certifications

**What You’ll Do**

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions

- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

**What We’re Looking For**

- Licensed Physical Therapist in **Pennsylvania** (or in final stages of licensure)
- **New graduates welcome** — mentorship and support provided
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
- Vestibular experience or interest is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
