**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT)**

- Perform outpatient PT evaluations & exams
- Diagnose orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance-related conditions
- Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals
- Provide evidence-based PT interventions, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on techniques for continued care

**Qualifications for PTs**

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current **Massachusetts PT license** (or license-eligible)
- Strong interest in **outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and fall-risk patients**
- Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player
- Vestibular rehab experience preferred but not required
- **Recent Physical Therapist graduates encouraged to apply**
- **Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not required.**
