# Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time or Part-Time

**FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Ruston, LA**

**Pay: $30–$35/hour**  
**Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available**

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Ruston, LA is seeking motivated and patient-focused **Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)** to join our growing team. **Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available**, offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.

- **$30–$35/hour**
- **80 hours of vacation your first year**, accrued based on hours worked
- Vacation increases by **8 hours each year**, up to a maximum of **160 hours annually**

## What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their individual treatment goals.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapist's established plan of care
- Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient response and progress during treatment
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience
- Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards

## Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other team members
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
