### Bedford, MA | Full-Time

**$29.00/hr - $37/hr (based on exp) + PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k), CEU Reimbursement & Professional Development**

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in **Bedford, MA** is seeking a Full-Time **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** to join our growing outpatient team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including approximately **60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care**. You'll collaborate with an experienced Physical Therapy team while gaining valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing specialty areas of rehabilitation.

## What You'll Do

- Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
- Implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients
- Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
- Utilize advanced rehabilitation technology to enhance treatment outcomes
- Document patient care using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives, including fall-prevention programs

## Qualifications

- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest in orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation
