We do this by: - Operating a full service restaurant and bistro 7 days a week. - Private dining for special meals and events. - Offering delivery and carryout options for all meal periods. Responsibilities: - Deliver room service during the lunch shift. Bag and distribute all carryout orders. - Review all carryout and room service orders with the customer to ensure accuracy. - Answer phone calls as they come in. - Receive and place all voicemail orders. - Call all customers back to confirm the order has been received. - Work in tandem with all staff. - Other tasks as requested or assigned Requirements: - Restaurant experience preferred. - Have a reliable source of transportation to and from work. Twisting and bending. - Ability to lift at least up to 50lbs. - Speak with all customers and employees. - Ability to climb stares and walk for long periods at a time. - Attention to accuracy, order management and customer service. - Multitasking skills. **QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHONE, DELIVERY, AND CARRYOUT FOOD SERVICE ASSOCIATE** •Strong commitment to quality and safety •Professional, friendly, and courteous •Work well with other team members Do you enjoy working with senior adults who have varying levels of health and ability?
