This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care. **Responsibilities:** - You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions - You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records - You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work - You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services - You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service **Requirements:** - Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred - Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington - Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other) - Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association **About Yakima Memorial Hospital**  MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
