## Description

**NOW HIRING TREE / SHRUB & LAWN CARE TECHNICIANS FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!**

**STARTING PAY OF $23.00 – $25.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!**

Are you passionate about the outdoors and enjoy working with your hands? **Kapp’s Green Lawn** is hiring a **Field Technician** to deliver top-quality **Pest and tree/shrub treatments** across the **Columbus area**. You will diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and plant health issues to keep customer properties looking their best. Our ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, outdoor role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform lawn care services such as **aeration, fertilization, and weed control** 
- **Apply Pesticide-Herbicide, tree and shrub treatments** for health and pest control
- Diagnose turf and plant issues and provide effective solutions
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure properties are clean, professional, and well-maintained after each job

- Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
- **Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle to Residential Locations)**
