## Pelvic Physical Therapist (DPT) – Outpatient

**FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Nampa, ID**

**Salary Range:** $95,000–$105,000 + Productivity Bonus Opportunity

**Healthcare:** **100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance**  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday (No weekends) or Flexible Schedule including 4 10s.

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Nampa**, Idaho** is seeking a motivated **Physical Therapist (DPT)** to join our outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants a supportive environment, strong mentorship, and the chance to grow clinically — including exposure to **pelvic floor therapy**.

We are **open to new graduates** and experienced clinicians. Pelvic floor experience is **not required**, but interest or prior training is a strong plus.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care

- Treat a diverse caseload including **orthopedics, pelvic floor, balance, and neuro**

- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient outcomes

- Maintain timely and accurate documentation

- Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff

- Build strong patient relationships and support clinic growth

### Qualifications

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

- Idaho PT license (or license-eligible)

- **New graduates encouraged to apply**

- Pelvic floor experience or interest preferred (training available)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
