## Description

**Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care**  
**Brooklyn, NY | Ventilator & Tracheostomy Experience Required | Open to RN & LPN**

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced **Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs)** to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout **Brooklyn, NY**.  

If you're passionate about caring for medically complex children and have **ventilator and tracheostomy experience**, we'd love to have you join our team.  

**Immediate Openings**  
We are actively hiring **Pediatric RNs** for cases throughout **Brooklyn**.  
**Available Shifts:**

- Days
- Overnights
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Flexible 8 or 12-hour shifts

**Qualifications**

- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current BLS certification
- **Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required**
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
- Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affirmed Home Care, you'll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You'll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.
