As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various payroll tasks and supporting the payroll department. Duties: \- Assist with processing payroll for associates \- Perform data entry of associate information, including new hires, terminations, and changes \- Prepare and process journal entries related to payroll transactions \- Assist with general ledger reconciliation for payroll accounts \- Support the accounts payable team by reviewing and processing invoices related to payroll expenses \- Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accurate associate data and resolve any discrepancies \- Assist with generating payroll reports and analyzing data for accuracy Skills: \- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar payroll software \- Basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures \- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus \- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail \- Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently and accurately \- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger reconciliation \- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus \- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their role.
