At Jewish Voice Ministries International, you'll build real relationships with Shalom Partners and other faithful supporters by reaching out to say thank you, to check in, and to help them stay connected to our mission of transforming lives. As a Partner Engagement Specialist, you'll make outbound calls that build real relationships and spread the word; expressing appreciation, sharing timely giving campaigns and matching opportunities, reconnecting with partners whose giving has slowed down, and helping people find new ways to stay engaged with the ministry. When a conversation reveals someone ready for a deeper relationship, you'll make a warm handoff to our Philanthropy team. This role is based at our Phoenix office with the possibility of moving to a hybrid schedule after your first 90 days. **A DAY IN YOUR LIFE** You will start your day with a list of partners to reach. You will call them and get to catch up, answer any questions they may have, say thank you and mean it. On some calls you will share a matching gift campaign or a special appeal the ministry is running. One partner may want to pray so you will get the blessing of being able to pray with them. Another may mention they want to do more wherein you will make notes and connect them with our Philanthropy team. You will annotate every conversation, close out your calls, and head into a huddle or mission update with the team before calling it a day, knowing you helped a few more partners feel seen and valued. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Make proactive outbound calls to Shalom Partners and other ministry partners to express appreciation and strengthen relationships. \* Participate in outbound campaign calling efforts, sharing approved ministry campaigns, matching gift opportunities, and special appeals with partners. \* Reconnect with partners whose giving has lapsed or declined and help them find ways to stay meaningfully engaged. \* Use active listening, thoughtful questions, and prayer when appropriate to understand each partner's story. \* Assist partners with recurring gift changes, renewals, and additional gifts, always respecting each partner's preferences and decisions. \* Recognize partners ready for a deeper relationship and connect them with our Philanthropy team. \* Accurately document every partner conversation and follow-up in the partner database. \* Represent Jewish Voice Ministries International with professionalism, warmth, and integrity on every call. **QUALIFICATIONS** \* High school diploma or GED required; additional education in communications, customer service, ministry, or fundraising a plus. \* One or more years of outbound calling, donor relations, customer service, retention, or fundraising experience preferred. \* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport naturally. \* Comfortable initiating conversations and maintaining a steady outbound calling cadence. \* Persistent, resilient, and positive, even through a difficult call. \* Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and follow-through skills. \* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or donor management system experience a plus. \* Spanish speaking ability a plus. **FAITH ALIGNMENT** Jewish Voice Ministries International exists, in the words of Romans 11:26, to see all Israel saved.
