## Description

**Packaging Technician I**  
**Packaging Department | Full-Time | 1st Shift**  
**Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**  
**Starting Pay: $19/hour**

Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products? We're looking for a Packaging Technician I to join our Packaging Team and support daily cannabis packaging operations. **What You'll Do**

In this role, you'll help ensure our products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Daily tasks may include:

- Packaging cannabis products according to established procedures
- Verifying labels, SKUs, and packaging information for accuracy
- Conducting quality checks throughout the packaging process
- Operating packaging equipment and machinery safely
- Organizing and transferring finished products to designated storage areas
- Assisting with inventory control and recordkeeping
- Maintaining accurate production documentation
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces
- Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns
- Supporting team goals and production schedules

Teamwork, attention to detail, and consistency are important parts of this role.

**What We're Looking For**

You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply. We're looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.

**Ideal Candidates Are:**

- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using ladders and working safely in production environments
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused
- Strong communicators with a positive attitude
- Committed to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and quality standards
