For your first 30 days, you'll train during the day shift, after which you'll transition to nights. Come work during the quiet night hours and contribute to daily excellence at our facility! **WHAT BECOMING OUR OVERNIGHT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE LOOKS LIKE:** You'll typically work **Monday - Wednesday**, with **alternating Thursdays**, from **5:00 pm - 5:00 am**. Some overtime may be required. In this role, you'll contribute to efficient daily workflows and exceptional operations by appropriately using various tools and equipment to properly produce and assemble precise parts. Working with saws, brazing machines, CNC benders, and more, you'll follow all safety procedures to complete accurate work. Throughout the night, you'll maintain a neat work area, complete and submit timely paperwork, and uphold high inspection standards and quality expectations. You'll work with your team to meet business targets and client needs, including identifying and working through product nonconformance.
